Head Chef
Andrej Mišutka is from Slovakia, where he began his culinary journey at the Hrad restaurant in Bratislava. After two years, he moved to Prague and gradually found his calling in Asian cuisine. “My brother was constantly traveling around Asia, so I decided to learn the local cuisine. We were both captivated by it. When he opened the Noodle Bar in Výtoň, I didn’t hesitate—I went there right away to cook,” recalls Andrej.
Creative Chef
He began his culinary journey at the French restaurant in the Hilton Hotel, where he washed dishes. Although he stayed there only briefly—he was drafted into the army two months later—that experience alone was enough to make him fall in love with cooking. After returning, he joined the newly opened Adria Hotel in Prague. Although he spent only a short time at the Kampa Park restaurant, it was there that he discovered his love for fish and seafood.
