Our Team
Behind every glass of wine, every plate of food, and every pleasant evening at Vinograf are the people without whom none of this would be possible.
Our team consists of chefs, sommeliers, servers, and other colleagues whom you may not see, but who work every day to ensure our guests feel at home. We’re united by our love of good food, wine, and genuine hospitality.
Each of us brings our own experience, personality, and enthusiasm to the table. That’s exactly why we’ve created a place where guests love to return—not just for the wine and food, but also for the atmosphere.
Meet the people who are the heart of Vinograf.
Our Chefs
Radek David
He began his culinary journey at the French restaurant in the Hilton Hotel, where he washed dishes. Although he stayed there only briefly—he was drafted into the army two months later—that experience alone was enough to make him fall in love with cooking. After returning, he joined the staff at the newly opened Adria Hotel in Prague. Although he spent only a short time at the Kampa Park restaurant, it was there that he discovered his love for fish and seafood. He went on to work at the Rybí trh restaurant, then at Flambée and the Radisson SAS Alcron Hotel. For the next 20 years, he led the kitchen at La Veranda, which he opened as head chef. He gradually served as creative chef at other restaurants in this chain in Prague and Kyiv. At the American company Aramark, he worked to change employees’ eating habits before settling at Vinograf, where he once again gave full rein to his creativity.
ANDREJ MIŠUTKA
Andrej Mišutka is from Slovakia, where he began his culinary journey at the Hrad restaurant in Bratislava. After two years, he moved to Prague and gradually found his calling in Asian cuisine. “My brother was constantly traveling around Asia, so I decided to learn the local cuisine. We were both captivated by it. When he opened the Noodle Bar in Výtoň, I didn’t hesitate—I went there right away to cook,” recalls Andrej.
From the bistro kitchen, which seats 18, he would occasionally take time off to do internships at prestigious Prague establishments—such as the Aureole restaurant, the Four Seasons Hotel, or Bianco e Nero. It was there that he eventually settled, thanks to his love of Italian cuisine and the opportunity to learn from the best. “Chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world would come to work with us. I had the chance to grow professionally while staying in Prague with my family,” he says.
After four years, however, he accepted the challenge of opening the Chinese restaurant Hong Kong in Karlín. To master the secrets of authentic Chinese cuisine in a fine-dining setting, he went to gain experience at the Michelin-starred Hakkasan restaurant in London.
Today, Andrej is a proud member of the Vinograf team. He brings to the kitchen not only technical precision and international experience, but above all a genuine passion for the flavors that connect the world.

Michal Štangler
His love for wine and the art of craftsmanship began in childhood, spent in the vineyards alongside his grandfather, where he learned to pay attention to detail and respect nature. These foundations shaped his refined taste, which remains with him to this day.
For many years, he worked in haute cuisine alongside Michelin-starred chefs, where he developed a sense of precision, humility, and respect for ingredients and guests. He believes that gastronomy is not just about food, but about the overall experience and the care that guests feel.
In his free time, he finds balance on his motorcycle. Today, he is a proud member of the Vinograf team, where they share a passion for wine, gastronomy, and exceptional moments.
"The desire to satisfy even the most demanding clients is a lifelong commitment for him—and he does everything he can to make sure each of them feels that he truly values their trust."
Hana Rajsner

After studying music in Enköping, Sweden, she worked for several years at international agencies. Later, however, fate led her into the world of gastronomy.
She spent most of her career working with Sanjiv Suri at the Zátiší Catering Group; she also worked at La Collezione and the Kampa Group.
